Cannon Hall Farm

Distance from Doncaster Racecourse: Approximately 24 miles (around 35–40 minutes by car).

You are welcome to visit one of the UK's most successful and recognisable farming businesses. Cannon Hall Farm is kindly opening its doors to NFAN members, offering an inspiring visit that showcases how a modern, diversified farm combines traditional farming values with innovation, education, and amazing visitor experiences.

You can explore the farm's outstanding facilities, see its day-to-day operations, and understand how the Nicholson family has transformed the business into an award-winning destination. From livestock and farming enterprises to visitor attractions, catering and retail, this is an opportunity to see one of the industry's greatest success stories and come away with fresh ideas, inspiration, and a renewed appreciation for the possibilities for your farm park.

Cannon Hall Farm will be open from 10:00am to 4.00pm, and NFAN delegates are welcome to visit at any time throughout the day. Simply mention NFAN on arrival at the entrance to gain access.

Tropical Butterfly House, Wildlife Conservation Park

Distance from Doncaster Racecourse: Approximately 18 miles (around 25–30 minutes by car).

The Tropical Butterfly House, Wildlife Conservation Park will be opening its doors exclusively for NFAN members from 11:00am to 3:00pm on Tuesday 26 January 2027.

As part of the day, the team will be hosting a guided talk and tour at 1:00pm, giving delegates the opportunity to learn more about the park's inspiring history, its diverse collection of animals and its ongoing commitment to wildlife conservation.

The Tropical Butterfly House offers so much more than its name suggests. Step into a tropical rainforest filled with hundreds of free-flying butterflies before discovering an incredible variety of animals including meerkats, lemurs, otters, reptiles, birds of prey, wallabies and friendly farm animals.

Throughout the year, visitors can enjoy keeper talks, animal feeding sessions, interactive wildlife experiences, adventure play areas, a splash zone, a dinosaur trail and a fantastic programme of seasonal events, making it a great day out for visitors of all ages.

Every visit also supports the park's commitment to wildlife conservation, with admission fees helping to fund habitat restoration and conservation projects both locally and around the world.
