NFAN Conference and Trade Show- Trade Stand Bookings

This year’s NFAN Conference and Trade Show is back at Doncaster Racecourse.

Following the success of last year’s event, we are keen to build on this and ensure everyone enjoys another successful conference and trade show.

To help maximise engagement between delegates and exhibitors, we have continued to incorporate seating areas within the trade exhibition, with catering positioned in the heart of the event space to encourage delegates to remain within the exhibition hall throughout the day.

Both conference streams will be located either side of the trade show, ensuring delegates naturally walk through the exhibition area on their way to sessions and workshops. In addition, both streams are located on one level, meaning delegates will remain within the same central area for the duration of the event.

The main plenary room will be closed during breaks and lunch, ensuring delegates spend these periods in the trade area.

The majority of speaker and workshop times will be staggered to increase the length of footfall within the exhibition.

Earlier finish: the event will close after the final speaker at circa 2.45pm, allowing exhibitors to leave in good time, as we appreciate many will have a long journey home.

These changes are designed to create a more vibrant, interactive atmosphere and ensure you receive the visibility and engagement you expect from the event.

We are also aiming to attract more farm park members to the event with a targeted and exciting line up of speakers, alongside personal invitations to new members attending for the first time. We are also hosting two fun evening events, culminating in the Annual NFAN Awards celebration, which always draws a huge crowd.

We know networking is equally important to both the farm parks and the trade stands. This is an industry that works on personal relationships and is truly about our mission to Meet, Share and Grow. We aim to build on previous successes and create an event that is a must attend for farm parks and suppliers – the one chance in the year to get together, reflect and look forward to developing business in 2027.

Booking Your Stand

How to Book Your Trade Stand

• Log in to your NFAN member account.
• Click All Events.
• Select NFAN Conference & Trade Show – Trade Stand Booking.
• Click on your preferred stand on the floor plan.
• Click Confirm Stand to reserve your selection.
• Add any extras you require (such as additional exhibitor passes, power or furniture).
• Click Checkout to complete your booking and payment.

Please note: Your stand is not reserved until you have clicked Confirm Stand and completed the checkout process.

We've also included a creative floorplan to help you visualise the event layout and the location of the trade exhibition within the venue.

When you're ready, use the interactive map below to select your stand and begin your booking.

What’s Included in Your Booking

Each stand measures 2m x 2m.

Each stand booking includes one exhibitor ticket to the event, which includes lunch and refreshments on live show days.

If you wish to book additional exhibitor tickets as part of your stand booking, these can be added when selecting your extras.

Tuesday 26th January

10am – 5pm: Trade stand build

7pm – 11pm: Welcome Evening at the Hilton Hotel

Wednesday 27th January

7.30am – 8.30am: Trade stand build

9am – 4.00pm: Day One of Conference and Trade Exhibition at Doncaster Racecourse

4pm – 5pm: AGM

7pm – 12 midnight: Awards Gala Dinner at the Hilton Hotel (welcome drink reception will take place in the hotel lobby)

Thursday 28th January

9am – 2.30pm: Day Two of Conference and Trade Exhibition at Doncaster Racecourse

2.30pm – 6pm: Trade stand break down

Accommodation

NFAN have secured a special rate at the Hilton Hotel adjacent to Doncaster Racecourse. Please visit https://www.hilton.com/en/attend-my-event/nfanconferenceandtradeshow2027/ to book your stay. This is the designated NFAN hotel and the welcome evening and dinner will take place in this hotel.

Exhibitor Parking

Parking is free at both the venue and hotel. If the main car park is full, there is an additional free car park located across the road from the venue where you can leave your vehicle.

Further details on parking will be sent out to exhibitors prior to the event.
