The NFAN Conference & Trade Show is the UK's leading event for the farm attraction industry, bringing together owners, managers, suppliers and industry experts for learning, networking and inspiration.

We recommend booking early as as there aren't many other hotel options in Doncaster.
Free parking is available at Doncaster Racecourse for all conference delegates and exhibitors.
The venue is conveniently located close to from the A1(M), M18 and M62 motorway network, making it easily accessible from across the UK.
Doncaster Railway Station is approximately 10 minutes from the racecourse by taxi, with regular direct services from London, Leeds, York, Sheffield, Newcastle and Edinburgh.

Can I book individual tickets?
Yes. If you can't attend the full conference, you can book individual tickets for the Welcome Evening, Conference Days and Awards Gala Dinner, subject to availability.
Who can attend the Welcome Evening?
The Welcome Evening is open to all delegates who have purchased a Welcome Evening ticket or a Full Conference Package. It's a relaxed networking event and the perfect way to kick off the conference.
Do I need to book separately for the Awards Gala Dinner?
If you've purchased a Full Conference Package, your Awards Gala Dinner ticket is already included. If you're attending the conference on a day ticket, the Awards Gala Dinner can be booked separately, subject to availability.
Are refreshments included?
Yes. Tea, coffee and lunch are included with both conference day tickets and the Full Conference Package.
Is accommodation included?
No. Accommodation is booked separately. NFAN has secured a preferential rate at the Hilton Garden Inn Doncaster Racecourse. Full booking details can be found in the Accommodation section above.
