Join us at Monk Park Farm, winners of the Jim Keetch Small Farm Attraction of the Year Award 2026.
Since coming under new ownership in 2021, Monk Park Farm has undergone an extensive programme of investment, steadily transforming the 84-acre site into one of the region’s most exciting and progressive family attractions.
Over the past five years, we’ve focused on long-term infrastructure, improved visitor flow, enhanced animal welfare facilities and the continual evolution of the guest experience. From upgraded play areas and improved facilities to electric karts, seasonal events and greater accessibility, the park has developed year on year with a clear vision for sustainable growth.
In 2025, that journey continues with the opening of our new Animal Barn, a significant development for both animal welfare and visitor engagement, alongside 42 Wallaby Way, our brand-new walkthrough experience. These additions sit within a wider programme of site improvements designed to future-proof the business.
Located next door, our sister site, York House Holiday Park, forms an important part of the wider picture. Together, the two businesses create a destination offering, combining quality accommodation with a thriving farm attraction and strengthening the visitor economy in North Yorkshire.
We’re opening our gates to fellow farm park operators for a relaxed and informal visit — an opportunity to explore the park, see the transformation first-hand and have open conversations about the journey since 2021, the decisions behind the investment, and the realities of growing a modern farm attraction.
