About Us
Windmill Animal Farm is a family-run farm park in Lancashire, offering a mix of hands-on animal encounters, play areas, and seasonal activities perfect for children and families. Since opening in 1992, the farm has welcomed generations of visitors to experience a working farm with a wide variety of animals, including rabbits, guinea pigs, goats, sheep, Highland cattle, llamas, ponies, and exotic reptiles such as bearded dragons and pythons.
Guests can enjoy a scenic miniature train ride around the grounds, bottle-feed baby lambs or goats during lambing season, and participate in supervised animal interactions. The farm also features a spacious indoor soft-play barn with climbing frames, slides, and toddler areas, ensuring fun regardless of the weather.
With its friendly atmosphere, diverse animal experiences, and engaging play facilities, Windmill Animal Farm provides an educational, hands-on, and memorable countryside day out for families, animal lovers, and visitors of all ages.
