About Us

Tulleys Farm is a fourth-generation family farm nestled in the Sussex countryside, rooted in a farming tradition begun in 1937 by Bernard Beare and carried on by his descendants. Over decades it has transformed from a working dairy and produce farm into a lively destination for seasonal events, immersive experiences, and family fun.

Today the farm is best known for its diverse calendar of attractions. In autumn, the celebrated horror-themed season known as Shocktober Fest attracts visitors from across the country. Summer brings pumpkin picking and seasonal festivities, while winter transforms the grounds into a festive Christmas wonderland complete with ice skating, sleigh rides, and family celebrations.

All year round, Tulleys offers highly-rated escape rooms, a welcoming tearoom, relaxed countryside ambiance and a versatile venue for families, friends or groups.
