Sundown Petting Pellets are a feed for animal feeding experiences. They are made from Nutritionally Improved Straw (NIS) which is lower in protein and energy than grass-based pellets or compound feeds which can cause undesirable weight gain or laminitis if fed in high quantities. NIS is safe to feed ad-lib and is a common component of horse and cattle feed and has been tried tested and trusted by horse feed manufacturers and cattle farmers for over 30 years.
