About Us

Pennywell Farm is a family‑friendly activity farm near Buckfastleigh in Devon, known as one of the biggest and most-loved farm parks in the South West. It is home to over 150 animals — including internationally famous miniature pigs — and offers a full schedule of hands‑on activities every 30 minutes, from pig‑racing and bottle‑feeding lambs to pony pampering, goat milking, ferret racing, and more. The attraction includes free rides like the Rainbow Railway, tractor‑and‑trailer tours of the countryside, and a “Red Rocket” ride, plus outdoor and indoor play areas, soft‑play barns, and plenty of space for families to explore rain or shine. With regular shows, seasonal events (like a Christmas experience), and a welcoming, accessible atmosphere, Pennywell combines animal encounters, fun rides and countryside charm for a memorable, engaging day out for children and adults alike.
