Noah’s Ark Zoo Farm is a 100‑acre zoo and working farm set in the countryside near Bristol, welcoming visitors to enjoy wildlife and nature in a relaxed, family‑friendly environment. It began in 1999 on what was once a dairy farm, and has since grown to house over 100 species — from giraffes, rhinos and lions to spectacled bears, elephants and primates. The zoo combines big‑animal exhibits with traditional farm animals and immersive experiences like tractor rides, animal encounters, and adventure play areas. Now a registered charity, Noah’s Ark is committed to conservation and sustainability, participating in endangered‑species breeding programmes, supporting rare farm breeds, and generating much of its own power via renewable technologies. Its accessible facilities — including mobility‑friendly paths, hearing loops, Changing Places toilets and inclusive play areas — make it welcoming to all visitors. The zoo’s mission is to bring people closer to nature, inspire care for animals and the planet, and offer an unforgettable, educational day out for families and wildlife lovers alike.
