About Us
Nick Fenton Consultancy is an independent consultancy, specialising in ticketing and commercial operations systems for visitor attractions. Founded after 15 years working with ticketing, F&B and retail system providers, it was created to solve a common challenge: attractions often lack the time or in-house expertise to confidently manage these system projects themselves.
The consultancy provides independent, hands-on support helping attractions review and select the right ticketing and commercial systems, run RFP processes, manage implementation, and optimise existing supplier relationships. Holding no commercial ties to any software provider, it offers fully impartial guidance focused solely on what's right for each attraction.
Its expertise spans theme parks, zoos and wildlife parks, adventure parks, farm parks, family entertainment centres, and live events helping clients reduce risk and unlock commercial potential with clear, honest, practical support at every stage.
