Mayfield Lavender Farm is a 25‑acre, family‑run organic lavender farm in Banstead on the North Surrey Downs, just 15 miles from central London. Each summer it welcomes visitors to wander through vibrant purple fields, enjoy relaxed photo moments, and experience a gentle, family and dog‑friendly day out surrounded by natural beauty.

Founded in 2006 by the Maye family, the farm revives the area’s historic Victorian lavender‑growing heritage. As the leading Soil Association‑certified organic lavender farm, Mayfield is committed to sustainable, chemical‑free cultivation that supports pollinators, especially bees.

In 2011, Mayfield expanded by transforming a former plant nursery in Epsom into the Mayfield Lavender Glasshouse Café, Gift & Plant Shop, and the 12‑acre Secret Lavender Garden, complete with lavender fields and an apple orchard. Open year‑round, the site offers seasonal events and an intimate summer lavender experience, providing visitors with a peaceful escape into nature.
