Lichfield Maize Maze is Staffordshire’s premier summer attraction, offering a fun and affordable family day out on a real working farm. Open from July to early September, the centerpiece is the massive, annually themed Maize Maze, which challenges visitors to navigate its winding paths and solve its hidden quiz. The fun extends far beyond the maze, with a huge selection of play activities perfect for burning off energy. Children can scale the bale towers, enjoy pedal tractors, and dig in the large sandpit. For wet weather, a large marquee area provides cover, and toddlers and less adventurous explorers have their own dedicated Mini Maze. The farm also features beautiful pick your own sunflower and wildflower fields (season allowing). With an on-site café and plenty of picnic space, Lichfield Maize Maze delivers a fantastic, action-packed summer adventure as well as a calm and peaceful destination for those wishing to surround themselves in nature. Return in October when things get a little bit spooky (and silly!). New maze games, a spooky sunflower walk to the most beautiful pumpkin patch in the Midlands and hot chocolate galore, who could ask for more?
