About Us
Ernespie Farm, located near Castle Douglas in Dumfries and Galloway, has been a family-run dairy farm since 1947. In 2019, the McMiken family expanded the farm to create Ernespie Farm Centre, blending traditional farming with interactive experiences. The Centre offers a range of activities for all ages, including indoor soft play, outdoor play areas with pedal karts, bouncy cushions, a zip wire, and a tractor ride to the farm. Visitors can also enjoy feeding animals and exploring the countryside. The on-site Farmhouse Kitchen serves homemade dishes made from local produce, while the Gelato Hut offers a selection of ice creams. Ernespie Farm Centre is open daily from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm and provides facilities such as electric car charging, bike storage, and a garden centre.
