I’m Lucy, a self-employed freelance PR consultant and founder of Closefield Communications. An award-winning communicator, I have over 20 years’ experience in working with farm parks and other visitor attractions across the UK using public relations to raise their profile in local and national media. I love a good story and enjoy working with farm parks to secure media coverage of their events programme and other stories that come up along the way. I also realise that things don’t always go as planned and have lots of experience working with organisations who need senior-level comms counsel – and an extra pair of hands – to weather a media storm and help protect their reputation.
